About
The Killin’ Time name dates back to 1994 in Tofino, BC, when it first began as Killin’ Time Enterprises, a fishing charter company. The idea was simple—when you’re out fishing, you’re just Killin’ Time.
In 2006, we relocated to the Comox Valley, and over time, the business evolved into buying and selling antique and collectible firearms from the early Western days. A new chapter began in 2010 when we obtained a medical cannabis license and started cultivating.
By 2018, we moved to Errington, securing a larger property to build a more extensive growing facility. We continued cultivating through the Legacy Market until 2023, when the transition to the legal industry led to the creation of Killin’ Time Cannabis Ltd.
Our journey has been one of adaptation and growth, but our commitment to quality and craftsmanship has remained constant every step of the way.

Meet the Team
OWNER & OPERATOR
Sean McIntosh
MASTER GROWER
Sean manages day-to-day operations, from cultivation to packaging. As the Master Grower, he personally tends to the plants and oversees every step of the process. He also handles facility upkeep, quality assurance and sales, working directly with customers and partners.
His focus is simple — produce a high-quality product that people can count on.
LEAD HAND & ALTERNATE GROWER
Jessica McIntosh
Jessica keeps operations running smoothly, assisting with plant care, harvests and facility maintenance. She also oversees processing and packaging, making sure every product meets our quality standards before it goes to market.
Whether she’s in the grow room or handling the final details, Jessica’s commitment to consistency and quality helps keep everything on track.

HOW WE GROW
Cultivation & Growing Methods
Every cycle begins with carefully selected genetics and a hands-on growing process. With six strains growing simultaneously, we maintain a continuous cycle and harvest fresh cannabis every three weeks.
Fresh soil is used for every crop, creating ideal conditions for healthy, flavourful plants.
AFTER HARVEST
Craft Processing & Curing
After harvest, each plant is de-leafed and hung whole to dry for 10 days under carefully controlled temperature and humidity.
The flower is then prepared by hand and finished using the Green Broz dry-trim system—protecting its quality, structure and character.
RESPONSIBLE PRACTICES
Sustainability & Clean Cultivation
Plant material and previously used soil are composted on-site, helping reduce waste and naturally enrich the land.
Every growing container is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before reuse, supporting a clean and carefully controlled cultivation environment.
